How to shoot a music video
We decided to look into videos online to get an idea of the best way to shoot a music video. Throughout this clip shows the best ways in which to recored your own music video, so that you have enough footage to play around with and make sure your using your time wisely, so that when editing your not left with gaps and spare parts.
List of what to do:
- Master shot (beginning to end)
- Singles of each band player
- Close ups and mid shots of the whole song
- Fragment the video, i.e extreme close ups (drumsticks etc)
- Contextual shots, adding context (i.e car lights, sun, animals etc)
